Do you want to exchange or return a product? Follow the three steps.

You can return your order in case of defect or damage up to 14 days after receipt, we will make sure that the purchase amount is back in your account after receipt of the return shipment.

Return in three steps:

Step 1: Contact us here and fill in the return form
Download the return form here and fill it in completely.

Step 2: Send your order
Send your product(s), together with the completed return form, to the address stated on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, including for any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account
Once we have received the package back, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within 5 days.
